Job Description – Pilot Plant Assistant - Location: Bell, CA 90201 The primary functions include but are not limited to assist Research and Development projects and QC testing for raw materials and manufactured products in a processing and laboratory environment.  Job Duties/Responsibilities: -Produce lab blend for experimental products proposed by R&D Department/QA Department. -Assist Food Scientist and Q.A. Manager in performing R&D projects and QA/QC testing. -Maintain pilot plan processing room and lab in an orderly manner to achieve maximum efficiency and a professional appearance. Requirements:  -           0-1 years of experience as Quality Assistant or a related area -           English – Spanish optional -           Ability to organize and establish priorities -           Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office software. -           Enjoys a Pilot Processing and Laboratory Environment. -           Some heavy lifting required. Able to carry 50 lbs bag.   Education: High School Diploma Required. Course work or college study optional but not required.
