Del Rancho LP (directions) In the fall of 2005, ABI acquired Del Rancho LP, located in the Dallas, Texas area. This business had a successful track record of blending and providing liquid preservatives to tortilla makers in the Southwest, Midwest and Southeast. Accordingly, this acquisition provided a very attractive compliment to the IUI acquisition. Since the acquisition, Del Rancho LP has relocated and upgraded their facilities to a newly remodeled 25,000 square foot facility in Plano Texas to accommodate future growth. This new Division gives ABI an impressive command on the liquid preservative side of the tortilla industry.
