     Title: Allied Blending & Ingredients, Inc. divests its Industrial Ingredients Inc. Division

Allied Blending & Ingredients, Inc. has reached an agreement to divest its Industrial Ingredients Inc. division to Chicago Sweeteners, Inc., a division of Batory Foods in Chicago, IL. The transaction is effective on Monday October 19, 2009, with continuing support from Allied Blending to ensure a seamless transition.

Since October will be a month of transition and the goal of both Industrial Ingredients and Chicago Sweeteners is to make this transition as smooth as possible, please note the following:

Chicago Sweeteners will fulfill all orders placed with Industrial Ingredients for shipment on or after October 19, 2009, on the dates expected and at the prices previously agreed.
