Bakery Allied Blending and Ingredients (ABI) manufactures bakery products and tortilla products for both commercial and private bakery use. In addition, we also package various private labels for resale. One of our largest private labels is Mississippi Blending.  ABI has an outstanding food safety record and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the food industry. We also undergo a yearly audit by the American Institute of Baking and have been awarded a Superior rating in each of the last five years. ABI has an exceptional research facility where products are developed and tested. All of our bakery products are available to be shipped in either small or large quantities to meet your specific bakery needs.
