Located in Keokuk, IA, Frederic has more than 25 years of experience in flavors and ingredients for the food and beverage industries. He has held senior and general management positions in Germany, France, Switzerland and in the US. Frederic has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ISC Paris and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Constance.

Located in St. Louis, MO, Dr. Nitin Joshi has 30+ years of experience working in the food industry. His areas of expertise include ingredients innovation, product development, quality improvement and commercialization, cost optimization. During his professional career, Nitin has led the development of many products categories, such as pizzas, sauces, dips, soups, beverages, dairy products, cheeses, ice creams, snacks and frozen products. Besides the US, Nitin has been working in India, Canada, Mexico and the Asia Pacific region.

Nitin is a Chair of the IFT Annual Meeting Scientific Program (2022). He earned his bachelor and master’s degrees from Gujarat Agricultural University in India and his doctorate from South Dakota State University, Brookings. He has 45+ publications to his credit.

Located in Keokuk, IA Darlene has more than 25 years’ experience in finance and accounting administration. She joined the company in 2006 as the Accounting Manager and advanced to Financial Controller before becoming Director of Finance. Darlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Quincy University with a minor in mathematics.

Located in Keokuk, IA, Tara has more than 18 years’ experience in sales and marketing administration.  She joined Allied Blending in 2008 as the Executive Assistant to the President and advanced to Customer Service Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager before becoming Director of Sales & Marketing Administration.  In addition to her experience with trade show and sales support, Tara has worked with Customer requirements outside the continental USA in Canada, Japan, Europe, South and Central America.  Tara holds an MBA from Western Illinois University with concentrations in International Marketing, Management & Finance.

He previously held a corporate position as a Quality and Food Safety Manager for a major food company. Mark has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar MO and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from William Woods University in Fulton MO.
